Pineapple Sorbet for the hot day!

Ingredients

  • tablespoons lemon juice - fresh
  • cup Whipped Topping (frozen, low fat)
  • ice cubes
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • cups chunks pineapple - fresh or canned in juice

Cooking Instructions

1) Core and cut pineapple into chunks; 2) Add ice, lemon juice, sugar, and pineapples into blender or food processor; 3) Pulse until well combined; 4) pour into ice cream freezer. If you do not have an ice cream freezer, pour mixture into a metal bowl and let freeze for 1-2 hours; 5) Pour back into blender or food processor and blend well; 6) Put back into the metal bowl and freeze for approximately 4 hours; 7) Once frozen, fold in 1 cup of frozen non-dairy whipped topp
